Longevity & Anti-Aging

Cardiometabolic risk, inflammation, VO₂ max, strength, sleep, and recovery — the measurable foundations of a longer, more capable life.

Nobody here is going to tell you we reverse aging. What we can do is measure the things that actually predict how long you stay capable — cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, functional and musculoskeletal — and then work on them in the order the evidence supports.

Every member starts here

Longevity isn’t an add-on or a tier.

Every member is evaluated against this framework at baseline — whether or not it is the reason they came to us. Hormones, metabolic health and performance all sit on top of it.

  • Blood pressure

One of the most treatable drivers of long-term cardiovascular risk — measured properly and followed, not glanced at once a year.

  • ApoB and atherogenic risk

Lipids read through ApoB rather than LDL alone, with Lp(a) checked once where it is reasonable to know your number.

  • Glucose and A1c

Metabolic drift caught while it is still drift, long before it would earn a diagnosis anywhere else.

  • Body composition and waist

What your weight is actually made of, tracked over time rather than argued about on a scale.

  • Cardiorespiratory fitness

VO₂ max or a validated field assessment — among the strongest available predictors of how long you stay functional.

  • Sleep, nicotine and alcohol

The inputs that quietly move every number above, assessed honestly instead of assumed away.

The order we work in

Sequence is most of the value. Taken in this order, each step makes the next one easier to read — which is what keeps a plan from becoming eight simultaneous experiments nobody can interpret.

  1. Nicotine

Eliminated first. Nothing below it works as well while it is still in the picture.

  2. Blood pressure

Optimized next, because it is the highest-yield number on the list.

  3. ApoB

Atherogenic risk addressed on the evidence, with medication if that is what your numbers call for.

  4. Glycemia

Metabolic health improved — the lever that moves inflammation, energy and body composition together.

  5. Body composition

Lean mass protected while fat mass comes down, never the other way round.

  6. Cardiorespiratory fitness

Aerobic capacity built deliberately, measured rather than estimated.

  7. Sleep

Treated as a clinical input, including screening for apnea where the answers point that way.

  8. Nutrition

The foundation underneath all of it, built by Liz and revisited as your numbers change.

What we don’t sell

No supplement, peptide or protocol here is offered as an anti-aging cure. The measurements are the whole argument — they either move over time, or the plan changes.
