The Disciplines

Nutrition & Training

Personalized macro design, strength programming, and travel protocols — built by a credentialed master of human performance.

Nutrition and training are not the soft edge of this practice. They are the platform everything else runs on. Liz Dunlap builds both, and they are the two levers that touch every other discipline here — hormones, metabolic health, cognition and longevity all move with them.

The foundation everyone gets

Before anything is personalized, there is a floor every member stands on. It is unglamorous, and it is where most of the result comes from.

  • A protein target

Set for your body and your goals, then actually tracked — the single most reliable lever for protecting lean mass.

  • Fiber and whole foods

A whole-food pattern built around vegetables, fruit, lean protein, nuts and healthy fats, aligned with cardiovascular guidance.

  • Meal structure and hydration

When you eat and how the day is built, designed around your schedule and travel rather than an ideal week you don’t have.

  • An alcohol strategy

Named and agreed rather than ignored, because it moves sleep, body composition and liver markers more than most people expect.

  • Fueling for performance

Where training load calls for it, food is matched to the work instead of quietly under-supplying it.

Training

Every member trains. What changes is how closely the programming follows you.

Resistance training, an aerobic base and daily movement are the non-negotiables. Core members get structured programming with scheduled revisions; Elite programming is periodized month to month against your training response, wearable trends, recovery, injuries and travel.

Supplements, honestly

A small, evidence-based foundation, plus whatever your own labs actually justify — iron for a deficiency, B12 where it is indicated, vitamin D depending on your status. Not nineteen bottles for everybody.

What we track

Protein adherence and fiber, training volume and strength progression, lean mass, steps and Zone 2 minutes, recovery trends — the numbers that show whether a plan is working weeks before the scale has an opinion about it.

Available to members in Texas, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Wisconsin — the states where Dr. Dunlap holds active medical licensure.
